I'm Peter Rivera-Pierola — a design strategist and experience leader with 20+ years shaping brand and guest experiences across global organizations. I think like a designer and a business leader simultaneously, which means the work I deliver doesn't just look right — it performs.

Before founding PRP Design Strategies, I led design and prototype innovation at McDonald's and Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen, where my work drove more than $300M in incremental annual revenue and modernized thousands of locations across global markets. I also co-founded Orbit Systems Ai, connecting intelligent automation with human-centered experience design. Today I work with brands of every size — from franchise systems to ambitious independents — helping them translate vision into experiences worth remembering.
