I'm Peter Rivera-Pierola — a design strategist and innovation leader with 20+ years shaping brand and guest experiences across global organizations. Prior to founding PRP Design Strategies, I led Design and Prototype Innovation at McDonald's and Popeyes, where my work drove $300M+ in incremental annual revenue and modernized 8,000+ locations nationwide. I also co-founded Orbit Systems Ai, a technology consultancy that helps businesses harness AI and automation for smarter growth.
